Fetch: Delivery Times, Tracking & Fees

Your Fetch package will be delivered via Toll.

There's no delivery fee for the Fetch set top box. If a Powerline Adaptor is ordered after the initial Fetch order, there's a $15.50 delivery charge for the Powerline Adaptor. This fee is waived if your Fetch was ordered online.

When I will receive my delivery

Your Fetch set top box will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days of your order date. You'll receive an SMS letting you know that the set top box is on its way, along with an activation code.

If you've ordered more than one set top box to be delivered, you'll receive a SMS for each box. You can use any of these codes to activate all of your STB’s.

If you've purchased a Fixed service on our resale network or a Mobile Phone service, you'll receive your Fetch set top box within 10 business days of activating the service.

Track my delivery

Track Delivery

Your Fetch delivery can be tracked via the Toll website using your Fetch order number. Online tracking is visible 24 hours after your Fetch set top box has been dispatched from Optus.

Has it been dispatched/delivered?

You'll receive an email/SMS when it's on its way from our warehouse to your nominated postal address.

If you're not home when delivery takes place our courier will either leave the package in a safe place at your nominated address, or send an SMS/email with instructions to collect the package from an alternative delivery point. If a "Sorry We Missed You" card is left instead, redelivery will be attempted within 3 days, or alternatively you can call Toll on 1300 865 547 to arrange delivery to an alternative address.
