Call Diversion Costs: Fixed & Mobile Phone

Call diversion costs vary between services and diversion types. Simply select the service you’re diverting your calls from to find out more.

Please note: The call diversion rates given below are for diversions that you can switch on or off using your phone. Pricing for diversions switched on at an exchange may be different.

Postpaid Mobile

You won’t be charged for the initial incoming call to your Postpaid Mobile (before the call diverts). You’ll be charged for the second leg of the call based on the rates below:

  • Local, National, and Mobile numbers: 11c per minute
  • Optus Voicemail: Rates applicable under your Postpaid Phone plan

Please note: You cannot divert to an international number.

Prepaid Mobile

You won’t be charged for the initial incoming call to your Prepaid Mobile (before the call diverts). You’ll be charged for the second leg of the call based on the rates below:

  • Local, National and Mobile numbers: 10c per minute
  • Optus Voicemail: Rates applicable under your Prepaid Phone plan

Please note: You cannot divert to an international number.

Fixed Line Phone

You won’t be charged for the initial incoming call to your Fixed Line Phone (before the call diverts). You’ll be charged for the second leg of the call based on the rates below:

  • Local, National, Mobile and International numbers: Rates applicable under your Fixed Line Phone plan
  • Optus Voicemail: Rates applicable under your Fixed Line Phone plan
