How to Pay Your Bill
We offer a range of payment methods to pay your Optus bill, just choose one that suits you best. You can set up direct debit to pay your next account automatically, for details see How to set up, change or cancel Direct Debit. Other payment methods are below.
You can pay online using the My Optus app or My Account. Alternatively, if you have your account number handy, click the button below to make a payment now.
You'll need your account number as this is your reference number and your biller code(s). Both can be found on the lower half of the first page of your bill.
To pay via cash, EFTPOS, cheque or money order at any Australia Post Office, bring along your bill's payment slip. There is a $1.75 fee (incl. GST) for payments made at Australia post.
We accept Visa, Visa Checkout, Mastercard, American Express and Diner's cards.
Unless your account is paid by direct debit, payments made via credit, debit or charge cards will incur a 0.427% (incl. GST) Payment Processing Fee. This fee will appear on the next bill after the current bill is paid. For a fee free alternative, set up direct debit.
Please note we're unable to accept payments via mail.
