Which type of set top box do I have?

There are 3 versions of the Fetch set top box. The Generation 2 box; and the Generation 3 'Mighty' & 'Mini' boxes.

How do I get a Mighty set top box?

If you have a 2nd Generation set top box, you can contact us to upgrade to a Mighty (Gen 3).

How do I get a Mini set top box?

The 'Mini' set top box is available with a Postpaid Mobile account, making Optus entertainment offerings available to those who don't have Optus Broadband.

You'll pay $10 a month for the device, and additional costs for any entertainment packages you select - this cost is simply added to the existing account.

How do I get Netflix on my set top box?

It's really easy!

Once you’ve got Fetch all hooked up, all you have to do is grab your remote and:

  1. Press Home button

  2. Scroll to Apps

  3. Click on Netflix

  4. Sign in to Netflix with your account details (you only have to do this once)

  5. Choose full use or the kids section

  6. Browse content by scrolling down, and just select what you want to watch
