Manage Call Diversions: Fixed Phone

Eligible services can set up, remove or check call diversions, via My Account. 

Can’t access My Account?  Follow the instructions below, using your telephone touchpad:

Manage diversions manually

Turn diversion on:

  • Listen for a dial tone
  • Dial *78
  • Enter the phone number you want to divert to (including the area code for Fixed Line numbers)
  • Listen for two short beeps (this confirms the diversion is active)

Turn diversion off:

  • Listen for a dial tone
  • Dial #78
  • Listen for two short beeps (this confirms the diversion is removed)
