View your usage

With most services you can keep track of your usage online. Usage information is typically updated within 4 hours, but may take up to 48 hours.

Mobile Services

You can track your usage, including shared data, in the My Optus app. The app features data breakdown, which shows how your data has been used in greater detail.

You can also view your usage in My Account. To view shared data usage, select the data pool option.

Other services

You can track your usage by viewing your service in My Account or Member Services.
